Nick and his family have lived in Ferndale for 10 years and love it! He has been cooking, blogging and questing for the perfect food and booze pairing for years as The Sauced Chef.
Nick also hosts the cooking show "The Quest" on The Sauced Chef channel on Youtube. He studied culinary arts at OCC and has bounced around the industry honing his craft.
Nick spent time recently at Local Kitchen and Bar as the lead prep chef. His first restaurant Brew Jus (featuring handcrafted beer, sauces and sliders) was a local staple at The Rust Belt Market. His newest endeavor, SAUCED, offers unique catering and booze inspired sauces.
